Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By requesting and using the car recovery, towing, and roadside assistance services provided by Best Car Recovery Dubai ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services in Dubai and Sharjah:

• Flatbed car towing
• Roadside assistance (battery, tire, fuel)
• Accident and collision recovery
• Car lockout service
• Luxury and supercar transport
• Heavy-duty vehicle towing
• Basement parking recovery
• Motorcycle and bike towing

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted upfront before service dispatch. The quoted price is final and will not be changed upon arrival. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.

4. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles transported by Best Car Recovery Dubai are covered by our comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance during the loading, transport, and unloading process. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused during our handling of your vehicle.

5. Vehicle Ownership

Before providing services, we may request proof of vehicle ownership (vehicle registration card or Emirates ID). This is a legal requirement and for the security of our customers.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a service request at any time before the recovery truck arrives at your location at no charge. If the truck has already arrived, a minimum dispatch fee may apply.

7. Service Availability

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we guarantee a 10-20 minute response time, extreme conditions (major storms, multi-vehicle accidents) may occasionally affect arrival times.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate location information
• Secure all personal belongings before vehicle transport
• Ensure safe access for our recovery truck
• Be present or appoint a representative during pickup and delivery

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
